A Marble Statue of Aphrodite

The goddess is depicted clutching her drapery about her hips with her left hand, the folds falling to her legs and clinging below her buttocks. The figure is cut in a beautiful white coarse-grained marble and remains in a remarkably good state of preservation. It is a very soft and sensual representation of Aphrodite.
